Your SaaS — and the business that runs it.

For SaaS founders who need the platform and the operational infrastructure. We build multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, customer dashboards, and the automation around all of it — as one system.

A SaaS, not a feature

Most agencies ship a product. We ship a platform.

A SaaS isn't just a web app with a Stripe button. It's tenants, plans, lifecycle, churn, support, admin. We design every layer from the start.

Most "SaaS builds"
  • App with sign-up, login, a few features
  • Stripe checkout glued in at the end
  • You discover multi-tenancy at customer #20
  • Admin tooling is the database UI
  • Onboarding, churn, support — your problem
  • "Real" rewrite at $20k MRR
A Noetic SaaS platform
  • Multi-tenant architecture from day one
  • Subscription billing, plans, dunning, proration
  • Customer dashboard and admin console
  • Onboarding, lifecycle, churn — automated
  • Cohort + retention analytics built in
  • Built to scale through Series B without a rewrite
What we build into your platform

Eight systems, one platform.

Every Noetic SaaS ships with these layers wired together — no integration glue, no second rewrite.

01 · Foundation

Multi-tenant architecture from day one

Tenancy is a data-model decision, not a refactor. Isolated workspaces, role-based access, per-tenant settings — built into the Laravel core, not bolted on.

05 · Ecosystem

Public API & webhooks

REST + webhook events from day one. Your customers integrate; you keep your platform open.

06 · Growth

Lifecycle automation

Trial expiring → nudge. Inactive 7d → win-back. Upgrade → onboarding email.

07 · Insight

Cohort & retention

See which signups are sticky, which leak, and where exactly users drop off.

08 · Trust

Security & compliance

SSO, audit logs, data isolation, backups, SOC2-ready posture from launch.

Platform anatomy

Every layer talks to the next.

We don't ship a stack diagram drawn after the fact. We architect it before line one of code.

Metrics we build around

We don't just ship. We measure.

Every SaaS we build instruments the metrics that actually predict survival: activation, retention, expansion. You see them; we tune to them.

Frequently asked

Questions SaaS founders ask us.

Different question? Send it over — we'll answer it on a 30-minute call.

How is "SaaS Development" different from "MVP Development"?

MVP is about validating the product wedge — single-tenant, get to first customers fast. SaaS Development is the full platform: multi-tenancy, billing tiers, admin console, lifecycle, analytics. Some founders start with MVP and graduate; others skip straight here when they know the market.

Do you handle the billing logic, or do I configure Stripe myself?

We handle all of it — plans, trials, seat-based pricing, dunning, upgrade/downgrade flows with proration, tax. You define the pricing strategy; we wire it end-to-end.

What does multi-tenancy actually mean in your platform?

Each customer (tenant) has fully isolated data, settings, roles, and billing — but you operate the platform as one product. We use a row-level isolation pattern by default; if you need fully separate databases per tenant, we can do that too.

Can my platform handle thousands of tenants?

Yes. Our base architecture handles 10k+ tenants without rework. Above that, we plan sharding and read replicas. Either way, we design for the next 10× from day one — no "we'll fix it at scale" debt.

Do you build the marketing site too?

If you want. Most SaaS clients want the platform first; we'll usually build a simple launch site alongside it, then iterate on a fuller marketing site once the product is live.

How long does it take to ship a SaaS platform?

Phase 1 (foundations + first paying customer) is typically 12–16 weeks. Phase 2 (scale features, automations) is an ongoing engagement. We give you a clear plan in week one.

What about SSO, SOC2, enterprise stuff — when do we add it?

We architect for it from day one (data isolation, audit logging, role-based access) so when an enterprise prospect asks, the answer is "next sprint", not "12-month replatform."

What happens after launch?

We stay on as your engineering partner — sprint cadence, on-call coverage, regular roadmap reviews. Most clients stay 18+ months. You can transition to in-house at any point; our handover process is well-trodden.
