Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, contacting us, or entering into a service agreement with Noetic IT Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Noetic", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

For paid engagements, a separate signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work will govern the specific work. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails for that engagement.

Services we provide

Noetic offers product design and software engineering services, including SaaS development, custom software and CRM builds, mobile and web applications, MVP development, UI/UX design, and the automation and operations work that connects them.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per engagement in a Statement of Work. Marketing materials on this site are indicative — they are not a binding offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the entity you represent. The site is intended for businesses and the people working within them; it is not directed at children.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our services to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape data at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
• Submit content you do not have the right to share, or material that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Misrepresent your identity or the entity you represent when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Noetic name, the wordmark, the site's design, copy, illustrations, code, and case-study content are owned by Noetic or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view and share reasonable excerpts with attribution; you may not copy substantial portions, reproduce the site, or use our marks without written permission.

Client materials & deliverables

For paid engagements, ownership of deliverables and the licensing of pre-existing or third-party components are set out in the relevant Statement of Work. By default, custom deliverables transfer to the client on full payment; Noetic retains rights to general know-how, reusable libraries, and internal tools.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share during sales conversations and engagements as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before sensitive details are exchanged — just ask.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noetic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noetic and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Noetic against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms. Termination of paid engagements is governed by the relevant Statement of Work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
