Our story
Started in 2013. Still senior-only.
Two questions framed the firm at founding, and still do: does the software talk to the operations? and does the team building it know the difference?
Noetic IT Services was founded in 2013 on the conviction that software and operations are one problem. Most agencies were happy to ship a feature; we wanted to ship an outcome.
We chose Laravel and Vue early — boring tech that scales — and we stayed senior-only because the work is hard and the stakes are real. Eleven years later that's still the deal: small team, deep ownership, no juniors learning on your roadmap.
We're proud of the work, but the bar is still set by clients — founders, operators, and boards we still hear from years after launch.
