"Noetic" refers to Noetic IT Services Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (CIN U72900MH2013PTC335572). We act as the data fiduciary / controller for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy applies to Noetic and its products — this website (noeticitservices.com) and the applications, platforms, and services we operate under the Noetic brand. Where a specific product has its own supplementary notice, that notice applies in addition to this one.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form or email us, we collect your name, work email, company, phone (if you provide it), the project details you write to us, and any indicative budget or timeline you share. During paid engagements we may also collect contracting details and information necessary to deliver the work.
Information collected automatically
Our servers log standard request information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — for security and to debug the site. We store small strictly-necessary cookies on your device: appearance (light / dark theme), sidebar_state (UI preference), and cookie_consent (your cookie choices). With your consent, we also load analytics and marketing cookies through Google Tag Manager — see "Cookies & local storage" below. We do not load these until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and propose discovery calls.
- Provide and improve our services during paid engagements.
- Operate the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions and conversation history are retained for as long as we have a reasonable business interest in following up (typically up to 24 months), or longer if a paid engagement commences. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Indian commercial law (currently 8 years for accounting records). Server logs are retained for short rolling windows for security purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage where appropriate, hardened authentication (including two-factor and passkey support on internal systems), and regular dependency updates. No internet service is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we treat incidents seriously and will notify affected individuals where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal information; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@noeticitservices.com . We respond within the timelines required by applicable law — and as soon as we can in any case.
Indian residents have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of your death or incapacity. EU/UK visitors have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR and may complain to a supervisory authority.
International transfers
Noetic is based in India and our service providers may operate from other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be flagged here.
