Construction Market Intelligence at a glance.
A market intelligence platform for the construction industry — the place sales and strategy teams go to find, qualify, and win work on public and private infrastructure projects before their competitors hear about them.
What changed for the business.
A market intelligence problem that didn't fit off-the-shelf tools.
Construction sales teams chase leads buried across thousands of public and private projects, scattered through tender portals, news, and word of mouth. The client needed a single platform that could ingest those disparate sources and surface the right projects to the right team — but the tools on the market were either too generic to understand construction or too rigid to filter the way the industry actually thinks.
Filters, dashboards, and project data — all in one place.
Building filters around how construction sales actually works.
We architected a multi-tenant SaaS on AWS with a dedicated ingestion pipeline that consolidates project data as it lands. Filters are modelled around how the industry reasons — location, segment, services, project value, and stage — so a user can compose a precise, multi-axis query without ever touching SQL. The interface favours clarity over density: every filter is reversible, and every result row maps to a clear next action for the sales team.

A commercial product, not a side project.
Delivered in 14 weeks for around $180K, the platform now serves multiple enterprise customers and has become the client’s primary commercial product. More than 50,000 construction project records sit behind the search, sales teams qualify leads roughly 4× faster than with their previous manual workflow, and the product has driven some $2M in new revenue year over year.
Let’s talk about the whole thing.
