Introduction
Technological advances are solving barrier issues that existed till now in the education sector. The spread of computing devices and the Internet have widened access to these tools, both in schools and at home. This is further fueled by recent pandemic and need to from-home education.

The Challenge :
The client had a legacy/obsolete application and all the problems that come with it. The application provided students with course materials, online classrooms,one-on-one with teachers for problem solving and test preparation. His goal was to launch a valuable product on the growing market with scalable and predictable RoI. However, the client struggled to find a reliable team, as software development vendors didn't understand the idea and ways to make it happen. In the Ed-tech industry, they were vying to establish their brand value. Their motive was for the learners to gain knowledge and evaluate their learning through assessment. Additionally, they were concerned about the security of the application due to burgeoning cybersecurity threats and attacks in the education sector.

Our Approach
The client wanted to launch a scalable product and increase its brand value. So, our approach was to create a new UI/UX design. We included transparent communication, scaled-up business development, and student outreach. We also implemented revenue-sharing methods for the teachers.

The Solution :
We analyzed the competition and decided on the client's list of features, and we built a road map. We followed agile methodology and created a wireframe, and It was essential to making sure there was an existing final user's pain. Thus, it made sense to offer them a new solution. We finalized the idea with the customer and came up with the final UI/UX design. We decomposed the project and budget into milestones.

The Results :
The result was quick validation of an idea. We carefully listened to the core of the concept, customer motivation, and clearly understood what deliveries would make sense as a start point. To build clear and transparent communication, we used Jira, Slack, Gmail, and G-Suite. Our expertise helped to create a rapid iterative development process to test product/market fit in a tight timeline.
Value Delivered :
We helped the clients to stand apart from the crowd in Ed-tech applications. Learners were guided at each step with recommendations and insights. Notifications at regular intervals helped engage the learners with latest alerts and updated information. This helped individual educators with low reach expand their classrooms through this application. An information panel was created for teachers to view their accounts. Revenues were shared with educators/teachers via a fixed payment. We increased downloads 5x. The reviews for the application helped in solving issues for teachers and students. We scaled up the business development and increased the student outreach. We ensured a revenue growth of 3x. After, we never realized cyber breach.
